We start our process with knowing your company culture, goals, and future aspirations, discuss the vacancy job description deeply, work together for the job specifications.
Based on the planning phase, we start our search process by identifying the peer companies, analyse the potential candidates profiles, conduct initial interviews, do a psychometric assessment if requested by the client, then develop the first short list
In this stage we develop a customised profile for each candidate that indicate the job match, our feedback, detailed information about the candidate, and psychometric assessment results.
After all the above processes, the client has all required information in order to conduct an interview with the potential candidates.
Once the client selects the best-fit candidate, we will then facilitate the negotiation & offering stage with the candidate to the client.
After the candidate joins the new entity, we continue to make sure that this project went as per the expectations of the client, moreover, we make sure that the candidate did the right decision
